| Acknowledging that Jesus Christ has called the church to evangelize and disciple the world, our purpose is to prepare and equip the clerical body at Refreshing Spring COGIC to execute our Pastor's vision: to Minister to the whole man – spirit, soul and body. Our mission is to prepare ministers for the harvest of souls. The department is responsible for spiritual and leadership development, working closely with the Ministry of Education and other ministries by providing/ participating in training, workshops and leadership seminars. |
