To obtain and maintain effectiveness in ministering music, each member of the Music Ministry needs:
 
1. To have a personal experience with Jesus, the Christ and make Him, Lord and Savior of your life (Romans 9:8-10)
2. To receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit so that He can lead, guide and direct into all truths
3. To apply the Word of God in your every day walk
4. To develop a compassion for souls
5. To have the love of God
6. To communicate, exalt and draw people to God through music
7. To enhance and edify the message with appropriate music through song
8. To minister the Word of God through music
9. To exalt God and not people through music. The words to songs should exalt no one else but, God.
